Known for her precise coloratura and warm sound, Holtze has won the St. Croix Opera Competition (2023), Schubert Club Competition (2017), the Thursday Musical Competition (2019) and MN NATS Competition(2015, 16, 18.) Past roles include Little Red Riding Hood with Opera on the James (Little Red Riding Hood,) Zina (Dark Sisters,) Mabel (Pirates of Penzance,) Serpina (La Serva Padrona,) Eurydice (Orpheus in the Underworld,) Alicia (The House on Mango Street,) and Cinderella (Cendrillon; LOON English Adaptation.)
In 2025, Holtze will join Teatro Nuovo as a Resident Artist and cover Amina in La Sonnambula. She also will join Sioux City Symphony for their production of Carmen, Minnesota Opera for their concert production of Nymphs, Spinners & Witches, and will premiere the role of Pina with Opera Reading Project's premiere performance of Offrenda.
